Real Estate Valuation Report
A real estate appraisal report is a report in which the value of a certain immovable (real estate) or the right attached to the immovable, in any time period, is evaluated using scientific methods and that includes the analysis of all the factors that create/affect the value by the appraisers. The valuation report of a real estate can also be defined as the determination of the valuation on a certain date independently, impartially and objectively.
